1:00 - 1/2 lb cheeseburger, 2 tb ranch dressing, 1 oz cheese - 4c

5:45 - 1/2 lb cheeseburger, salad with romaine, shredded cheese, caesar dressing - 3c

9;15 - 2 oz cheese, 1 small slim jim - 3c

1:30 - 1/2 lb cheeseburger, 1/4 lb cheeseburger, 2 tb ranch - 4c

3:30 - 1/4 lb cheeseburger - 1c

6:15 - 1/2 lb cheeseburger, 2 tb ranch - 3c

1 stick sf gum - 2c

total carbs = 16

2 quarts water
2 diet rite sodas
1 cup coffee

60,000 iu vitamin d

Feeling a little better today (Thursday). Hopefully the cold will be history by Saturday. As you can see I ate quite a few cheeseburgers yesterday. The scale said 245 this morning. So I ate 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef, 4 oz of cheese plus the bacon and eggs and dropped a pound. Nice!

On a side note, I've been tearing up the world of Scrabble on my Nintendo DS lately and had the weirdest win last night. Here's what happened. I went first and had a shitty set of letters so I passed, then my opponent passed. WTF? Hell with it, I passed again. So did he. Then the game was over and I won with a score of -10 to -11. I never knew that was possible. I had been playing this computer opponent a few times in a "national tournament" and had come close to winning but hadn't yet. It's not quite as sweet as beating him outright but I'll take the win anyway. The dumb fucker shouldn't have passed.

12:15 - 1/3 lb brat patty, 1/4 lb cheeseburger = 3 carbs

6:00 - 1/2 lb cheeseburger, 2 tb ranch dressing = 3 carbs

6:30 - 1/4 lb cheeseburger, 1 tb ranch dressing = 2 carbs

1 piece sugar free gum = 1 carb

Total carbs = 11

I came down with a nasty cold Monday night. I had stopped my Vitamin D because I've been getting plenty of sun. That'll teach me. Anyway, to knock the cold out quickly I've started taking massive doses of vitamin d until it's gone. I also take Umcka Coldcare which works to shorten a cold. Hopefully I'll be back to my cheerful self soon.

Sweet Summer Time

It's almost here. There's been two summer like days this week and I am loving it!

On the diet front. I had two slip ups recently, actually one was a full on orgy of donuts. But I have been back on track for 7 days and feel good going into the long weekend. I will resume posting daily menus next week. Stay tuned...
