Still Kicking. WT - 242

Sunday:

Breakfast Buffet - 4 fried eggs, scrambled egs, 4 sausage links, load of bacon

Cookout - 2 hamburgers, a couple of brats and hot dogs.


Ate poorly the evening of June 8. That was the last time. I've eaten solid low carb since then but the scale isn't moving. Oh well, I feel good so I'll keep at it, maybe tweak it here and there and let it happen. It will happen. It being fat loss.

Menus.

Monday:
9:15 - 3 fried eggs, ground sausage - 2c
12:00 - Hardees low carb monster thickburger - 3c (guessing)
4:15 - 1/2 lb cheeseburger, ranch - 3c
8:15 - chicken/steak from kabobs, ranch, salad - 5c
9:00 - 2 hot dogs - 2c

sf gum - 3c

Total carbs - 18

1 1/2 quarts water
too much soda

Tuesday:
8:30 - 4 scrambled eggs, gr beef, 8 slices bacon, shredded cheese - 4c
12:30 - 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger, ranch - 3c
5:15 - toppings from 2 slices cheese pizza - 3c (guessing)
6:15 - 3 parmesan chicken tenders ranch, salad - 8c

Total carb count - 18

1 quart water
2 diet rite sodas
2 cups coffee

Wednesday:
9:00 - 4 fried eggs, gr beef - 3c
12:15 - 6 chicken pieces from kabobs, ranch - 3c
5:00 - leftover hamburger in small amount of spaghetti sauce - 6c (guessing)
6:30 - 3 grilled chicken thighs, salad, 2 strips bacon - 3c
7:00 - sugar free popsicle - 4c

Total carb count - 19

2 quarts water

I'm going to stop counting up my soda intake. I've decided I'm not going to give it up. I tend to have 1-2 Diet Rite sodas a day. Although I'll be drinking more diet Dr Pepper this summer because they are giving away 23 Camaros in a summer promotion and I want a chance at one. I'm also going to continue drinking my 2 cups of coffee every day.

On a side note. The Detroit Red Wings are in the Stanly Cup Finals again and looking pretty good. They are playing the Penguins again this year, who happen to be my brothers favorite team. The Wings are up 2 games to 1. Game four is tonight.

Saturday:

1:30 - 1/2 lb cheeseburger, ranch - 3c
7:30 - chicken/beef kabob meat, salad - 3c
