Breakfast Buffet - 4 fried eggs, scrambled egs, 4 sausage links, load of bacon
Cookout - 2 hamburgers, a couple of brats and hot dogs.
Ate poorly the evening of June 8. That was the last time. I've eaten solid low carb since then but the scale isn't moving. Oh well, I feel good so I'll keep at it, maybe tweak it here and there and let it happen. It will happen. It being fat loss.
