Had one slip up friday night. I had eaten clean all day and then I went to the casino buffet and had a lovely big piece of prime rib, everything is good so far, then for some stupid reason I decide to peruse the dessert cart. Bam! Found a piece of almond joy cream pie. Bam! Found another piece. Bam! Don't worry it'll end soon, after all I was seriously stuffed after eating the prime rib. Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah. Bam! I found a brownie.
Since then I've eaten clean. I don't have menus from the weekend but here's Monday's menu:
