I ate clean over the weekend. Besides almost beating my brother in law's ass, (he's a whiny little bitch) the weekend went well.
Menu today:

3 eggs, 2 sausage patties, scrambled sausage--2c

2oz cheddar cheese--2c
1/2 lb hamburger with 1 slice pepperjack cheese--1c

Protein shake--3c

Bacon 8 thick cut slices--0c
4 eggs--3c
Total carbs--11
Estimated calories--2950
Estimated protein--190
Also had 2 TB coconut oil and 1 TB fish oil (counted in the total calories). I drank 3 quarts of water, 2 cups of coffee and 1 diet Coke.
Overall a pretty good day. Ate a few more calories than I'd like but kept the carbs low. I'll watch the calories a little better tomorrow and shoot for the 2500 range.
