1:00 - chicken breast, salad with ranch dressing and shredded cheese
3:30 - leftover pork chop, ranch dressing
5:30 - grilled cheeseburger, mashed cauliflower, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
7:30 - homemade protein bar

I haven't gotten to see Fathead yet, I have it in my queue on Netflix, but it's got a 'very long wait' so a lot of people must be interested. His website looks great though.
